About me

I am a dual-licensed attorney in California and France with a broad multidisciplinary legal practice that includes extensive experience in business law, corporate law, intellectual property (IP) and life sciences.

Prior to starting my own law practice in the Silicon Valley, I served as an associate in leading law firms based in Paris specialized in healthcare, life sciences, technologies and luxury goods.

My knowledge of both civil and common law legal systems allows me to efficiently and successfully assist local and foreign clients across a full range of transactional practices and procedures. My international background and hands-on experience enable me to tackle clients’ legal challenges and pursue innovative solutions to fit the clients needs.

We take a nimble and flexible approach to legal work and believe in building lasting relationships with our clients.

We use a variety of flexible billing structures to help you get our expertise at a cost-efficient price.

In addition to the traditional billable hour, we offer alternative billing arrangements. Together, we can collaborate to develop a strategy with a compensation plan appropriate for the specific matter. Whether it is hourly, capped fees, fixed fees based on milestones, a percentage of deal value if the transaction closes, something else, or a combination, we will put a fee structure in place that works so we can work for you.
